How the Tables Have Turned
I was once told last year that I was very naive. I'm not one to accept those comments, and was soon to refute the comment. Boy was I wrong. This year has opened my eyes to so many things that I'm not sure I would have believed before. For one thing I have begun to understand the definition of "sheltered child". In middle school, I never would have called my self such; after this year, I can truly say that I had a sheltered childhood. Some of you may disagree; I respect that, you are all entitled to your opinions. There isn't any school tomorrow, which is nice. I find it a burden to have to wake up earlier than I would like to. In retrospect, it isn't that early, but I am not a morning person. To add to this misery of mine, next year my school will be starting one half hour early. I know I sound like a broken record, but I don't want to wake up early.
