We learned information in yesterday's class that was on my religion midterm in school, from last month. Oh and did I tell you that they "make" you bring in bulletins to "prove" you've gone to church, I mean come on that's one of the easiest things to fabricate they sit there all week! Do I hand them in? No I don't; me going to church is between me and God not me and Sister.



For those of you who do not know, FOCA (Freedom of Choice Act) is a bill in Congress that would overturn most state laws on abortion. For those of you who don't know my stance on the issue, I am against abortion but pro-choice. However FOCA opens to many doors to teenagers that could cause disastrous consequences. I won't go into details but I beg you to tell the Senate to vote no.



If you ever get the chance don't go. The events were halfhearted, the food sucked (if you got any), the worst part of all, I got sick from the event. I have a disease the doctor described as a "cruise virus". I won't go into details but let's put it this way, I would never wish this upon my enemies. Well time for a nap. I got rid of the Irish translations cause I'm lazy, but oh well.



The inauguration of the 44th president of the United States of America happened earlier this week. I sat there in the semi-cold weather to see history be made. I was right next to the media section and i was on CTV (Canadian Television), Algiers English, some German network, Fox, MSNBC, and a few others. I can only describe this weekends events with the word awe. It was a truly amazing experience and I will never forget it.




I'm going to the Inauguration of Barack Obama as president of the United States of America. I'll make this post short cause I have to pack and stuff. When I get back on Wednesday night I'll let you all know who it went. Still waiting for the school spring show to start. Our director is still looking for a musical director. I feel that I have nothing worth saying anymore.




I just got back from my exam today (for those of you who don't know it was a math midterm) and i think I did well but it isn't my midterm of choice. I haven't posted in a while because of studying for the dreaded midterms. Well i must go now tomorrow's chemistry midterm is calling.




Yes it's true, Pres. George Bush actually did something right. He set aside 195,280 square feet to be deemed a marine sanctuary. Granted, it does not protect it from everything, but he is preserving the some of the last pristine ocean spaces. The three areas include, the Northern Mariana Islands that would include part of the Mariana Trench, the Rose Atoll in America Samoa and some islands on the equator. To read more.
