Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
Nollaig Shona Duit~Merry Christmas
It's that time of year again where we count our blessings and forget our troubles. So I thought I'd count mine:My Grandfather is still alive
My friends are the best people in the world
My family feels like a family this year
and many others you don't need to know about
Also since we are 10 miles from Dublin, I thought I'd share with you a Gaelic Christmas. We light a candle and place it in the window in case Mary and Joseph are out there looking for a place to stay. So that there is food for the travelers, a loaf of bread is made and a glass of milk left out. Holly wreaths started in Ireland, too.
Enjoy the music courtesy of June and The King. I wanted Let it Be Christmas by Alan Jackson but can't have everything.
